Recently returned to Australia she has spent four years working in the Middle East and two in the UK. Michelle has a Bachelor of Communications (Business) and an MBA.

He was the national sales manager for 2 companies and the international sales and revenue supervisor for Steiner leisure in the UK and USA.
He has presented in over 30 countries, and has trained over 1000 trainers in sales. He truly believes for things to change we need to change.

Sharon joined the Nixon Advantage team in February 2010. Sharon is enthusiastic about helping firms and individuals realise their potential. Sharon works with prospective clients to achieve their personal goals, business objectives, and to highlight the many opportunities that arise from working with Nixon Advantage, in particular coachingclub.
Sharon has seven years experience in project management, investor relations, events, and business development gained throughout Europe and Australia. She has worked in the investment banking, Accounting, and entertainment sectors.

Angela joined the Nixon Advantage team in April 2010. Her passion for people, and desire to help clients achieve their highest potential through better business performance within the accounting profession, is in true alignment within this role. Ange thrives on guiding and assisting clients with their journey of learning within the Nixon Advantage community.
Her career to date has been primarily focused on sales and marketing, within the property and property finance sectors. Business development has been a core fundamental throughout many of her roles and as a high achiever she has developed, and implemented many successful sales and marketing strategies.
With a commitment to a service first approach and relationship management, she views these as her key strengths and a vital part of this role. She has a strong belief in on-going learning and development. Personally, she is committed, results (goal) orientated, highly driven and has plenty of energy.
